Tree Tips on the FamilySearch Family Tree

You may not have noticed, but down in the right-hand corner of the screen, FamilySearch.org has added Tree Tips to the Family Tree. Here is a screenshot with an arrow pointing to the Tips link.

Clicking on the link opens a "drawer" or sliding menu of help items. Here is another screenshot showing the open drawer:

Heretofore, the Help Center was only available from a dropdown menu on the main or startup page of FamilySearch.org, now there is a link at the bottom of the Tips window or drawer.

  1. Looks like more of these mini-training tips are being added in various places all the time. Good!

  2. I cannot tell you how valuable your blogs and lectures have been to me as a staff trainer in the FS Library where I work. Thank you so much James. You are a teacher's teacher and one of the absolute best!
