Organizing Temple and Family History Service at the Ward Level

I was in tears when I heard Elder Dale G. Renlund of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles as he spoke at the Temple and Family History Leadership Instruction meeting on February 28, 2019. This clarification at least gives Temple and Family History Consultants a starting point for understanding their role and position in the Ward and Stake organization. There are still a lot of questions that need to be answered. Such as the role of the Stake Temple and Family History Consultants and Area Temple and Family History Consultants. The important thing is that the Standard Pattern indicates how Temple and Family History Consultants communicate with their leaders.
